Tsion B. Michael is an advocate for social justice, human rights, and immigration reform. With a rich academic and professional background in business, behavioral science, and labor and employment law, Tsion brings a comprehensive perspective to the critical issues facing vulnerable populations around the world.

She has led advocacy campaigns, pushing for policy reforms, and speaking at international forums to raise awareness of the struggles faced by immigrants, and marginalized communities. Driven by her passion for creating a more equitable world, Tsion has made it her mission to build a future of dignity and self-reliance.

Tsion is the Co-Founder of Arise & Shine Global Foundation, a 501(1)c3 EIN-42-2058581 non-profit organization focused on empowering displaced and underserved communities by mobilizing essential resources, bridging the gap in housing, education, and championing fundamental human rights. She also serves as a global speaker, using her global platform to inspire positive change and mobilize others to act.

A lifelong learner and advocate, Tsion holds a Lawdegree from the prestigious Tulane Law School and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. Her academic foundation is anchored by a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in the intersection of Business and Behavioral Science.
